mmmm mmmm sprinkleless

so last night we decided to make some yummy cookies...(thanks Cassie) we get them all mixed and then run to the neighbors to borrow flour because of course i dont have any! We get the cookies rolled out and zoe gets to use the cookie cutters and start cutting away!

well as soon as we get them cooked and out of the oven,we let them cool like the package says- because if you know me you know i dont cook and follow baking directions to the T....anyway we let them set and start to sprinkle them with yummy and colorful sprinkles!

great job....well then i put them in the container and sure enough all the sprinkles fall off- so now we have sprinkleless cookies- delicious but no sprinkles!

okay so i figure since this is about the fam i would list a few interesting facts!

some facts about me:

1. i read my magazines back to front (articles too)

2. i hate bananas, actually hate isnt a strong enough word

3. im an only child and my parents have been divorced since i was 2

2. hes been in love with me since 12th grade (i think)

3. he loves to be outside

4. he thinks he is funny :)

5. he knows everything....or so i think

some facts about zoe:

1. she loves singing her ABCs

2. she loves getting into baby wipes and cleaning her face and hair!

3. she loves to email

4. she is as cute as a button and has the hair of a clown!

5. she is stubborn, a smart alec and a lover all at the same time

some facts about hannah:

1. she has blue blue eyes, just like her daddy

2. she will outgrow her sister

3. she is full of smiles

4. she poops ALOT

okay that should do it for now, nothing too interesting but just some fun facts you probably didnt know!

holy crap!!!

so this weekend we had zachs sister over and justin (our brother in law)

here we are all visiting and out of justins mouth comes HOLY CRAP!!! well my daughter jumped right on that band wagon and thought : what a great saying...holy crap mom holy crap!!!

so now she seems to think she can say it all the time!

so we are sitting there and i tell her not to say that or she will get a spankin (yeah right) and what does she do: holy crap mama- so we walk into her room because i did say she would get a spankin and very softly tell her she can not say that word, it is not okay.

tears are swelling in her eyes and shes looking at me "no mama no mama" we walk out to the living room and of course now she thinks she cant even play with them! i tell her to play its fine and out of her mouth again comes holy crap- URGH
so they left and today she decides to say it again...so im thinking that there are other things in this world to be so over-reactive about but-OH MY GOSH

so ive decided to just ignore her when she says it and i think she may get over... RIGHT?

hayride

so today we went on a hayride at school....so much fun! we got to see some horses and smell the wonderful aroma of the tractor! But of course on the way there all my daughter could say was "no preschool mama no preschool" i just cant figure out what is so wrong with preschool! But she loved the hayride and wanted to go again- maybe she will think they are doing a hayride everytime and she will want to go-

jello or cottage cheese and no clothes

first off lets start with props to me for actually speed walking and jogging the night before last- go me....the problem: my cottage cheese thighs! So after running.... my entire body felt like death....I couldnt breath and my legs were like jello, the tops of my feet hurt and even my arms (because im sure as i was jogging my two blocks i was swinging them VERY hard- ) so now the question is: do i prefer cottage cheese or jello- i think if i keep running i should be able to get past the lungs and throat caving in feeling and the whole jello thing....but for now im taking a break!!

NO CLOTHES
my child thinks that whenever we put on clothes they must come off...we take our jammies off this morning and i get her dressed and i swear within 15 minutes or so she is just in her underwear and highheels... so daddy comes home and next thing i know she is naked again with a string of mardi gras beads and heels and underwear! its freezing outside, im in a sweater and jeans and socks and shoes and shes running around 1/2 naked-mmmmm

but not only does she love being naked-she thinks she needs to wear my tank tops!

anyway she is a kick in the pants and i love her clothed or not!

pumpkin

okay, so today was the day we went to the pumpkin patch, first stop was the picture people for pictures!! perfect timing we get there and have to wait 1/2 hour because no one was there to open the door- so since my 2 month old was hungry i had to feed her and then do pictures! wow, then we went to ivars for lunch awesome service there too.....then off the to the pumpkin patch where my dang camera was on the wrong button and none of my pictures turned out- so the moral of the story its not worth it for a damn pumpkin:)

family

well i figure since this blog is about my family i should write about them! my husband of 5 years is going to school right now for health administration. He has 3.9 gpa and is just doing so well and im so dang proud of him..who can work full time and go to school and take care of two daughters and a gorgeous wife tehetehe! Anyway, my two year old is totally into the word NO and she loves to do somersaults and tells me these in depth stories....i can only understand about 5 words but she totally knows what she is talking about! She loves to email, especially the purvis family- we never see them but she emails them everyday! my 2 month old is starting to make lots of noise and smiles all the time- a very happy baby!! as for me i keep telling myself that I CAN MAKE IT WITHOUT STARBUCKS- but i always give in, im also telling myself that today i will run when my husband gets home...mmmmmmmm we will see!
other than that life is great and tomorrow i have a crazy day ahead of me, im not looking forward to it but i know it will be fun and ill be bummed if i miss out!

bunko

so yeah- i had bunko last night (a dice game for those who dont know) and i won the pot!! 30 bucks.....wow now to put it towards starbucks or something useful......probably starbucks because without it im not useful!

RUDE

here is something i forgot to add about this glorious day of preschool- being a mom dont you think that when you see a mom with a carseat and a baby you should hold the door? I DO....as im leaving preschool this morning my hand is on the door and a little girl cuts me off, her mother says sorry and then she not only cuts me off but continues on with out holding the dang door.....her and her girlfriend were just chatting away as im left in thier dust of rudeness- way to teach your child some manners OH WAIT you dont have any so why should they!
luckily one of the teachers ran to the door and helped me out.....RUDE

no crying

finally we went off to preschool with no crying today! hopefully we are starting a new trend!

its been awhile

so here i am blogging....its been awhile and the only thing going on is that my two year old sure seems like a TERRIBLE TWO!!! she sat in time out three times in a matter of 10 minutes because she wouldnt put her sisters shoes (that she got out) back in the closet- melt down city!
lets see- oop know she is awake so its time for me to go- Ill be back though
