good days and OMG days

Or maybe its the other way around!!
Exibit A: the infamous crayon (not crayola but PF CHANGS crayons!)
Exibit B: laundry from both girls
Exibit C: laundry covered in crayon-

In my journey I have learned that it really doesnt come out!! My mom went to heloise.com I dont know how to do a link so you will just have to type it in yourself!!
  1. take a rag with WD40 and wipe down dryer
  2. take a soapy rag and wipe down dryer
  3. take a wet rag and wipe down dryer
  4. take a couple of dry towels and run the dryer to make sure no color comes off on towel
  5. 1 cup of baking soda plus detergent on the hottest cycle

This should work and it did on a few articles of clothing but not all, and it helped lighten the stains!! Next option let set in oxy clean as directed and wash again!!

What an OMG DAY....

that was yesterday, so today we went for a 2 mileish walk and then went and played at the park, I learned a few new things on my camera so I was playing with the settings, they turned out ok but Im no Amy Purvis!!!

Enjoy!

love this one but couldnt get around the chain in time!

have a great day and enjoy the sunshine!

I've had those days as well! We are potty training right now, so you can imagine all of our fun! Cutting through the details, I ended on my hands and knees scrubbing the carpet from one end of the living room to her bedroom and found her dirty pants under her bed! Isn't parenting fun!

Jus think, Zoe will be all ready for rainbow day at preschool!!

When it rains.....it pores:)

So here I am visiting the great town of wenatchee- great friends good family and two children! A two year old and a 6 week old. Never have I traveled this far ( 2 1/2 hours) by myself with them and the trip there- fantastic!! Well on the way home I was stopped by a road crew blowing up rocks- 20 minute delay- okay, so we wait the twenty minutes. We pass the flagger and of course it has been 2 hours since I fed the newborn so its time to eat she screams- we make it to the rest stop and POW its closed, so we pull over! Then in the middle of feeding my two year old yells POTTY MOMMY, POTTY MOMMY- great- I say. So I give her the option to go outside- NO WAY so I say " lets put on your sisters diaper and just this one time you can go in a diaper" NO WAY aaaaaaaaaaaa- what do I do...well, there is a fruit stand up the road! So we hop in the car, get to the fruit stand and I plead my case- YES they say, you can use the toilet!!!
okay, I think we are good to go...but of course we get behind three truckers!!!
So long story short our 2 1/2 hour trip ends up taking us almost four and we make it home to a loving husband and father and a batch of peanut butter cookies from the neighbor!
I guess there is always a rainbow at the end of a rainstorm- HUH?
